Wolfix\u00a0 PU \u00a0is a One-component, fast curing liquid polyurethane adhesive. It possesses high water resistance and bonding strength.<\/p>\n
PROPERTIES Easy application, low viscosity. Excellent bond strenghth. Fast drying. Water resistant (D4-DIN EN204). Can be used on slightly humid surfaces. Resistant to temperature extremes. Resistant to moisture and chemicals.<\/p>\n
APPLICATIONS Fixing and gluing wooden elements to other various porous and non-porous elements as wood, metal, concrete, polystsrene foam and other plastics. Furniture and boat production. All bondings that need a high water resistance.<\/p>\n
INSTRUCTIONS Do not use at temperatures below +5\u00b0C. The elements to be bonded must be properly clean and free from dust and grease. One of the substrates must be porous to ensure better curing. Apply the adhesive with a brush as thin film to one or both surfaces and join the parts within 15 minutes (minumun after 2 minutes). Press the elements together at least for 4 hours. Uncured adhesive can be cleaned by acetone.<\/p>\n
ATTENTION Because this adhesive cures by atmospheric moisture, the shelf-life is limited once the bottle is opened. The bottles must be kept tightly closed after use. Storage above +35\u00b0C and under -10\u00b0C may curtail the shelf-life. Pressing time depends on ambiance conditons (temperature, humidity etc.) and porousity of the elements to be bonded.<\/p>\n
PACKAGING AND STORING 500g bottles, 24 bottles in one box.
